From East of Boise: Take I-84 west to the Curtis Road exit, turn left at the traffic light onto Curtis. Turn right at the second light into the Saint Alphonsus campus. The Hartman building, number N6, is located beyond the main hospital building.

From West of Boise: Take I-184 east to the Curtis Road exit, turn right at the traffic light onto Curtis. Turn right at the second light into the Saint Alphonsus campus. The Hartman building, number N6, is located beyond the main hospital building.

Meridian Clinic
St. Luke's Meridian Campus

From East of Meridian: Take  I-184 West. Continue straight onto I-84 / Nampa/ Twin Falls. Take Exit 46 toward Eagle/McCall. Turn right onto S. Eagle Road; turn right into St. Luke's Meridian campus. BOC clinic is located on the third floor of the main building.

From West of Meridian: Take I-84 East to Exit 46 Eagle/McCall. Turn left onto S. Eagle Road; turn right into St. Luke's Meridian campus. BOC clinic is located on the third floor of the main building.

McCall Satellite Clinic Payette Lakes Family Practice Clinic

From Boise: Go north on Idaho 55 about 98 miles. As you approach the traffic light at the entrance to McCall, turn left onto Dienhard Lane. Go about .4 mile and turn right onto Mission Street. In .7 mile, turn left onto Forest Street and proceed to 211 Forest Street. Our satallite clinic is held twice a month, usually the first Monday of the month and the third Friday of the month.
